The Partnership for the South Fork develops long-range, regional solutions to achieve more housing, improved traffic conditions, and protections for community character. Rather than taking an incremental approach, the Partnership puts forward bold solutions backed by research and the voices of our residents, workers, and business owners.

Housing affordability is out of reach for many: Housing costs have increased 430% since 2000, 42% of homes are seasonal, and 89% are detached single family.
