The Partnership for the South Fork will collaborate with local stakeholders and regional planning experts to develop long-range, regional solutions to achieve more housing, improved traffic conditions, and protections for community character. Rather than taking an incremental approach, the Partnership will put forward bold solutions backed by research and the voices of our residents, workers, and business owners.

Housing affordability is out of reach for many: Housing costs have increased 430% since 2000, 42% of homes are seasonal, and 89% are detached single family.

Traffic conditions are untenable: During the summer, journeys increase by 40+ minutes and peak traffic periods extend to 11 hours a day.
